Не всегда срабатывает содержание

На сайте https://desmyhome.ru после опубликования статьи не всегда выдается содержание. Пост длинный много h2, но все равно не появляется.

Например здесь 4 h2 - https://desmyhome.ru/kuhnja/steny-na-kuhne-varianty-otdelki/
но все равно не выводится

Плагин не хочу использовать! Буду благодарен если поможешь.
