Выбирает комментарии из базы данных по переданным параметрам. На основе этого класса, работает функция get_comments().

Знакомство с WP_Comment_Query

Это PHP класс, который позволяет получать комментарии из базы данных по самым разным параметрам. Например, мы можем получить комментарии:

  • указанной записи.
  • комментарии пользователя.
  • одобренные, не одобренные комментарии.
  • с указанными метаданными.
  • последние комментарии за: день, неделю, месяц, год.
  • количество комментарий по любым параметрам.
  • и т.д.

Пример использование класса:

$comquery = new WP_Comment_Query( [ 'post_id'=>5 ] );

WP сделал запрос в БД получил комментарии записи 5 и создал объект WP_Comment_Query. Теперь давайте выведем данные полученных комментариев, которые хранятся в свойстве объекта $comquery->comments:

Параметры также можно передавать в виде строки:

// или можно так (PHP 5.4):
$comments = ( new WP_Comment_Query($args) )->comments;

Другой вариант отправки запроса:

$query = new WP_Comment_Query;
$comments = $query->query( $args );

Третий вариант - самый простой:

$comments = get_comments( $args );

Возвращает

__construct() вернет объект класса, где в свойстве $comments в виде массива будут находиться все комментарии, которые удалось получить в результате запроса. Если комментариев нет, то $comments будет содержать пустой массив.

Данные мета-запроса.
$date_query(объект WP_Date_Query)
Данные запроса по дате.
$query_vars(массив)
Переменные запроса, установленные пользователем.
$query_var_defaults(массив)
Дефолтные значения для параметров запроса.
$comments(массив)
Список комментариев полученных в результате запроса.
$found_comments(число)
Количество найденных комментариев во время текущего запроса.
$max_num_pages(число)
Количество страниц пагинации комментариев.

__call( $name, $arguments ) (public)
Создает совместимость для private/protected методов. Вернет значение метода указанного в $name или false.
Возвращает: разное/false
__construct( $query = '' ) (public)
Устанавливает условия запроса на основе переданных параметров. Параметры могут быть переданные в виде строки или массива. Если запрос передан, то запускает его и записывает его результат в свойство $comments.
Возвращает: null
parse_query( $query = '' ) (public)
Парсит указанные параметры запроса, сравнивая их с дефолтными.
Возвращает: строку/массив
query( $query ) (public)
Запускает работу класса - обработку и отправку запроса.
Вернет массив объектов терминов или число терминов, если установлен параметр 'count'.
Возвращает: массив/число
get_comments() (public)
Получает комментарии, на основе установленных параметров запроса.
Вернет массив объектов терминов или число терминов, если установлен параметр 'count'.
Возвращает: массив/число
get_comment_ids() (protected)
Используется внутренне, чтобы получить список ID комментариев по запросу.
set_found_comments() (private)
Устанавливает свойства $found_comments и $max_num_pages для текущего запроса, если в запросе указан лимит.
fill_descendants( $comments ) (protected)

Получает потомков для полученных комментариев.

Чтобы не вызывать get_children() отдельно для каждого родит. комментария, тут выполняется один запрос на получения всех потомков у комментариев верхнего уровня.
Возвращает: массив

get_search_sql( $string, $cols ) (protected)
Генерирует SQL строку для поиска по нескольким колонкам.
Возвращает: string
parse_orderby( $orderby ) (protected)
Парсит и очищает значение указанное в параметре 'orderby'.
Возвращает: строку/false
parse_order( $order ) (protected)
Парсит параметр 'order' и устанавливает его в 'ASC' или 'DESC'.
Возвращает: строку
